Overview
The TFI Over Rev Box will increase the stock rev limiter while advancing the timing on the top end to increase top end horsepower. The TFI Over Rev Box also allows the amount of fuel to be adjusted up to 20%. The units can be positioned at different settings from 0-8, allowing more fuel to be added per setting. The higher the position number, the more fuel will be delivered. Settings between 0-4 are for machines with minor modifications such as an aftermarket exhaust or air filter. Settings 5-9 are for machines with more modifications such as head work or a big bore kit. The TFI Over Rev Box can also provide a decrease in the base fuel setting by 3% on position 9.

Note: If you have a DynoJet piggyback system or an FI controller/power commander, it will have to be removed in order to install the TFI Over Rev Box, as it will already cover what these devices do.
Instructions
To install the TFI Over Rev Box, simply remove your stock CDI box, and plug in your new TFI Over Rev Box in its place. Adjusting the Fuel setting is as easy as turning the fuel adjuster screw with the supplied adjuster tool to the desired position. This position will all depend on what modifications you have done to the machine, air temperature, and the altitude the machine is running at. If the machine backfires upon deceleration, then the setting needs to be richened. If the machine lags under load, then the setting needs to be leaned out. A slight subtle backfire once in a while is ok.
